Joseph E. Zuback is the president and founder of Global Water Advisors, Inc (www.globalwateradvisors.com) advising technology users, solution providers, and investors regarding development and commercialization of advanced water and waste-to-energy technologies and solutions. Mr. Zuback’s 45 years of experience in the environmental technology industry spans the spectrum of municipal, industrial, commercial, and residential water and wastewater treatment and waste-to-energy markets around the world. He retired in 2008 from Siemens Water Technologies Corp. where he served as chief technology officer responsible for new product development, intellectual property management, technology risk assessment, and new venture commercialization strategies. Mr. Zuback is a named inventor on over 25 patents and was selected as “Siemens Water Technology Inventor of the Year” in 2008. A graduate of Purdue University, Mr. Zuback holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He previously served on the board of directors for the Water Environment Research Foundation and the International Advisory Panel for Singapore’s Environment & Water Industry Development Council.
The Evaluation Panel members have been carefully chosen for their knowledge and experience. Each member scores and comments on the submissions assigned to them. Each valid submission will receive five sets of reviews that have been statistically normalized. Informed by the resulting ranking of submissions with consideration to diversity of solutions, up to five Finalists will be named.
